Brembo 14-16 BMW 228i/15-16 228i xDrive Front Premium Xtra Cross Drilled UV Coated Rotor

Brembo brake rotors embody the brand?s legacy of innovation, precision, and racing pedigree, delivering superior braking performance, durability, and safety for every vehicle and driving style. Designed and manufactured with the same engineering rigor found in Brembo?s original equipment for the world?s leading automakers, these rotors ensure consistent stopping power, smooth operation, and long-lasting reliability. Each rotor is crafted from premium cast iron formulations optimized for strength, heat dissipation, and vibration control. Many applications feature elevated or high-carbon metallurgy that enhances thermal stability and reduces the risk of distortion or cracking under extreme conditions. Brembo?s signature UV coating protects the entire rotor surface, including internal ventilation chambers, against corrosion to ensure lasting performance and a clean, refined appearance even after extended use. Advanced venting designs, including Brembo?s exclusive Pillar Venting Technology (PVT), increase airflow through the rotor for up to 40% greater resistance to thermal cracking compared to conventional vane systems. Precision balancing and tight manufacturing tolerances minimize runout and vibration, promoting smooth and confident braking performance. From solid and vented discs to drilled and slotted designs, each rotor is engineered to match or exceed OE specifications for fit, function, and performance. Brembo rotors undergo strict electronic testing and quality control to ensure perfect balance and reliability right out of the box, delivering the craftsmanship, confidence, and comfort expected from the global leader in braking systems
