Refund policy

Refund, Return, Cancellation & Shipping Policy

This Refund, Return, Cancellation & Shipping Policy applies to all purchases made through Race Only Parts.

By placing an order with Race Only Parts, the customer acknowledges, understands, and fully agrees to all terms, conditions, limitations, and policies listed below without exception.


1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Due to the nature of performance, racing, specialty, and aftermarket automotive products, ALL SALES ARE CONSIDERED FINAL unless explicitly approved by Race Only Parts in writing.

Race Only Parts is under no obligation to approve returns, cancellations, exchanges, or refunds.


2. ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders cannot be canceled once:

  • payment has been processed,

  • the order has been submitted,

  • inventory has been allocated,

  • packaging has begun,

  • tracking has been generated,

  • or the order has shipped.

Orders already shipped or in transit are NOT eligible for cancellation, refund, interception, or chargeback.

Customers attempting to refuse delivery after shipment may be subject to:

  • return shipping charges,

  • carrier refusal fees,

  • restocking fees,

  • processing fees,

  • and permanent account restrictions.

Original shipping charges are strictly non-refundable.


3. NO REFUNDS ON SHIPPED ORDERS

Any order that has been correctly shipped by Race Only Parts is considered fulfilled.

Once a shipment has been transferred to the carrier:

  • refunds will not be issued due to shipping delays,

  • transit delays,

  • carrier issues,

  • weather conditions,

  • customs delays,

  • lost transit time,

  • or delivery scheduling issues.

Shipping dates are estimated only and are not guaranteed.


4. NO RETURNS ON INSTALLED OR USED PRODUCTS

Under absolutely no circumstances will Race Only Parts accept returns on products that:

  • have been installed,

  • test fitted,

  • modified,

  • painted,

  • tuned,

  • programmed,

  • damaged,

  • altered,

  • opened,

  • or used in any manner.

Products showing ANY signs of installation or handling will be automatically rejected.

Examples include but are not limited to:

  • scratches,

  • bolt marks,

  • gasket impressions,

  • fuel residue,

  • grease,

  • wiring marks,

  • damaged packaging,

  • missing components,

  • fingerprints on sensitive components,

  • or tool marks.

Rejected items will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.


5. FINAL SALE PRODUCTS

The following products are STRICTLY FINAL SALE and are NEVER eligible for return, exchange, cancellation, or refund:

  • Race products

  • Special-order products

  • Custom-built products

  • Made-to-order items

  • Drop-shipped items

  • Electrical components

  • Sensors

  • ECUs and tuners

  • Fuel system components

  • Ignition components

  • Turbochargers and turbo kits

  • Supercharger systems

  • Nitrous systems

  • Open-box products

  • Clearance items

  • Discontinued products

  • Wheels and tires

  • Suspension components

  • Electronics

  • Any item marked “Final Sale”

Race Only Parts reserves the right to classify any item as non-returnable at its sole discretion.


6. CUSTOMER FITMENT RESPONSIBILITY

Customers are solely responsible for confirming:

  • fitment,

  • compatibility,

  • sizing,

  • tuning requirements,

  • emissions compliance,

  • and application suitability

before placing an order.

Race Only Parts is NOT responsible for:

  • incorrect purchases,

  • incompatible setups,

  • modified vehicles,

  • swapped engines,

  • aftermarket combinations,

  • tuning incompatibility,

  • or customer installation errors.

No refunds or exchanges will be issued for customer ordering mistakes.


7. RETURN AUTHORIZATION REQUIRED (RMA)

ALL return requests require prior written authorization and an official Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) issued by Race Only Parts.

Unauthorized returns will be:

  • refused,

  • returned to sender,

  • or discarded without refund.

An approved RMA does NOT guarantee refund approval.

Race Only Parts reserves the right to deny any return request for any reason.


8. STRICT RETURN CONDITIONS

If a return is exceptionally approved, the item MUST:

  • be brand new,

  • remain completely unused,

  • remain unopened when applicable,

  • include original packaging,

  • include all accessories and hardware,

  • include manuals and documentation,

  • and arrive in resellable condition.

Returns must be requested within 7 calendar days of delivery.

Approved returns received after 14 days from delivery will automatically be denied.


9. RESTOCKING & PROCESSING FEES

Approved returns are subject to:

  • minimum 30% restocking fee,

  • shipping deductions,

  • payment processing fees,

  • insurance costs,

  • and manufacturer return penalties when applicable.

Oversized, heavy, special-order, or manufacturer-controlled products may incur higher fees up to 40%.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable under all circumstances.


10. SHIPPING LIABILITY DISCLAIMER

Once an order leaves our facility and is accepted by the shipping carrier, Race Only Parts is no longer liable for:

  • carrier delays,

  • lost packages,

  • damaged packages,

  • theft,

  • weather interruptions,

  • missed delivery appointments,

  • or shipping errors caused by third-party carriers.

Orders marked as “Delivered” by the carrier are considered successfully delivered and fulfilled.

Customers assume all responsibility for package security after delivery confirmation.


11. DAMAGED, LOST, OR MISSING SHIPMENT CLAIMS

Customers must inspect all shipments immediately upon delivery.

Claims involving:

  • shipping damage,

  • missing items,

  • incorrect items,

  • or lost packages

must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery confirmation.

Failure to report issues within 48 hours automatically voids the claim.

Customers must retain:

  • original packaging,

  • shipping materials,

  • and all contents

for inspection purposes.

Race Only Parts reserves the right to deny claims lacking sufficient evidence.


12. FRAUD PREVENTION & CHARGEBACK POLICY

Race Only Parts aggressively investigates and disputes all fraudulent chargebacks.

By placing an order, the customer agrees that:

  • shipment tracking,

  • delivery confirmation,

  • signature confirmation,

  • IP address logs,

  • fraud detection records,

  • communications,

  • and billing verification

may be used as evidence during dispute investigations.

Fraudulent chargebacks may result in:

  • permanent purchasing bans,

  • collection actions,

  • civil recovery claims,

  • and reporting to fraud prevention agencies.


13. OFF-ROAD / RACE USE DISCLAIMER

Many products sold by Race Only Parts are intended for:

  • off-road use only,

  • competition use only,

  • racing use only,

  • or closed-course operation only.

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with:

  • federal laws,

  • state laws,

  • local regulations,

  • emissions requirements,

  • and vehicle safety regulations.

Race Only Parts assumes no liability for illegal, unsafe, or improper product use.


14. LIMITED LIABILITY

Race Only Parts shall not be liable for:

  • labor costs,

  • installation costs,

  • tuning expenses,

  • diagnostic fees,

  • towing charges,

  • vehicle downtime,

  • rental expenses,

  • loss of use,

  • lost profits,

  • engine damage,

  • or incidental/consequential damages of any kind.

Customer assumes all risks associated with performance automotive modifications.


15. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER

Race Only Parts does not manufacture most products sold on this website.

Any manufacturer warranty claims must be handled directly with the original manufacturer unless otherwise stated.

Race Only Parts makes no additional warranties expressed or implied.


16. RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE

Race Only Parts reserves the unrestricted right to:

  • refuse service,

  • deny sales,

  • cancel orders,

  • limit quantities,

  • deny returns,

  • or terminate customer accounts

at any time and for any reason without prior notice.


17. POLICY ACCEPTANCE

By completing a purchase through Race Only Parts, the customer confirms they:

  • have read this policy,

  • understand this policy,

  • and fully agree to all terms listed herein.

Failure to read these policies does not exempt customers from compliance.
